Project Components
We teamed up with PremiumNW construct to do the lawn portion of a complete renovation, and restore this derelict property back into a livable and thriving state.
Cleanup
All overgrown shrubbery was either trimmed to complement the overall feel, or taken out completely and hauled away.
Re-Grade
The first component of the project was re-leveling the front-yard.
Lawn Installation
A full irrigation system was installed under the existing lawn. New seed was added to fill out the yard.
