Project Components
At first glance, the backyard looked completely hopeless, but with a vision, plenty of junk hauling, and experienced installation work, the yard was transformed.
De-clutter and Cleanup
The first component of the project was getting the old out – junk hauling a derelict shed and rusted car, plenty layers of leaves, fallen debris, and unwanted shrubbery.
Lawn Installation
A quick grade with top-soil and sod did the trick
Pavers
A small walkway was installed in the front of the house, as well as organically-cut flagstones were set around the house and lead the way to an auxiliary apartment.
Time for a Re-finance!
The work on the landscaping alone increased the value of the home significantly! The ROI was a no-brainer.
