Project Components
The Sonic Drive-in in Keizer, OR was established in 2009. In addition to bringing in over 100 yards of dirt to shape the landscape to spec, they wanted to build a unique street-facing landscape/hardscape to invite visitors into their restaurant. We accomplished this by installing a paver enclave with park benches and a water fountain with rock creek bed leading towards the restaurant.
Design
Over 100 yards of dirt was brought in to shape the area
Lawn Installation
Prepped the topsoil with a final grade for approximately 10,000 sq ft of hydro-seed.
Irrigation
12 zones of irrigation for lawn and coverage for the newly planted 700+ shrubs and trees
Hardscapes
Both Stepped and natural retaining walls were implemented, paver area with park benches, water feature and 150ft of fencing,
