At PremiumNW Services we pride ourselves in safety, professionalism, and hard work. We do both residential and commercial demolition. In the Willamette Valley, we have experience in either taking an entire structure down with an excavator and other machines down to the foundation, or we can have our skilled employees deconstruct it to bare-bones. Next, we can also remove the footing of the foundation and the slab and haul the debris off.
Excavation
If you have a job site that needs a foundation dug, that is certainly one of our specialties. We can come in and dispose of the dirt or move the pile wherever you desire. We can clear out land and do any site prep that you need for new construction. We have all the premier excavators, bulldozers and manpower necessary for the job.
Site Preparation and Property Development
We can come in with our excavators and move around dirt and create way for any building project you might have. Especially when it comes to digging for foundations (that’s one of our specialties). We also specialize in grading, whether that means removing or adding soil, our excavators will do the trick.
We can clear the area of any dirt, rock, trees; and get it ready for you to lay your foundation for a home. We can dig and move whatever necessary to your building plans.
We do our best to recycle any construction debris. That goes for concrete, 2×4’s, scrap metal, roofing shingles, steel and more!
Interior Deconstruction
We can take apart the interior of your home. Removing hardwood floors, tile, carpet, counter tops and cabinets. We can take down the sheet rock and strip your house to the core while still keeping the structure of your home in tact. This is the best approach if you are looking to salvage the structure of the building.
Small Demo Jobs
We do pool removal, deck removal, and driveway removal. Jobs like these typically will take 1 day. Basically any form of concrete we can remove. This includes asphalt driveways and paving stone driveway. We can also take down garages and sheds as well as retaining walls.
Keeping It Clean
We have tactics that control the debris around us as much as possible to keep from affecting the surroundings. It’s all about planning. Getting the proper permits, and keeping communication with our clients as the cornerstone to our business.
